Blender Addon - VSE Add Menu on N-Panel

Here's another freebie for the Blender Video Sequence Editor.

This takes the Add Menu and moves it over to the N-Panel so you can access items more directly without having to access multiple submenus. Everything is built into a single Panel and Sub Panels.
